One of the best ways to avoid transferring corrupted music files to our mobile phone is to sync the music files. Follow the steps on how to sync your music files to your phone.
Note: Please see to it that you have at least Windows Media Player 11 or higher.
1. On your PC put all your music files in one folder.
2. Connect your mobile phone to your PC via PC Suite
3. Highlight all the files you want to be sync (If all files to be selected usually pressing "Control A").
4. Right click, select Windows Media Player to play all the songs you have selected
5. Then on the "Sync" tab of Media Player select Sync "Now playing" to "XXX" Memory Card (where XXX is your phone model. Select Sync "Now Playing" to Phone memory if you want to save the music files to your phone memory).
6. To see the synchronization progress click the Sync tab of media player.
7. Check all the file status. If you found error status of a certain file it means that the file is either corrupted or has an error on encoding. Do not copy the corrupted files just look for another source and do the sync process again
After sync is completed, go to your memory card or wherever you have sync your music files. You will notice that all songs are organized by folder usually by the song artist name.
