Transferring corrupted files or unknown files to your mobile may corrupt your memory card. This usually leads to error that hides the contents of your library such as music or image and video files. Thus when you open your music or image and video library the contents are gone but still it consumes space on your memory card. Or there might be case that not all of your music files are visible or accessible to your music library but when you go to your memory card your music files are still complete. The other way around you may encounter that when you added new music files and refresh your library the refresh never stops and no files added. Some users find it dead end that they have no choice but to format their memory card and start all over again transferring and installing the files to their memory card. To solve this issue without reformatting your memory card follow the steps.
1. Connect your phone to your PC through "Mass Storage" USB Connection Mode
2. Open your Memory Card directory
3. Open "Private" folder
4. Look for "101ffca9" folder
5. Delete the "harvesterdv9_2.dat" or related to this file
6. Reboot or restart your phone
7. Go to your music library refresh your library ("Refresh library")
