Symbian App: AntSNES Emulator

AntSnes is Snes9x emulator for S60. It is actually based on OpenSnes9xGP, modified Snes9x for GP32 handheld, which had parts of itadapted to/totally rewritten for GP32 (in C or ASM). As GP32 is ARM CPU based device (same as S60 phones), these optimizations were used in this this port.

Super Nintendo Entertainment System (also known as the Super NES, SNES or Super Nintendo) is a 16-bit video game console that was released by Nintendo. AntSnes allows you to play the games available on Super Nintendo. All you need is the ROM of these games. Once you have ROMS, you can transfer them to your mobile and try loading them in this application using Load ROM.

AntSnes is a nice application for your mobile because it open doors for thousands of Nintendo games available already. You can play them all on your S60 mobiles. The application is in Beta stage and trying to get better on future releases. The current version is speed optimized. This version is for S60 5th Edition devices only.

The zip file includes Super Mario World game. After installing copy Mario file to any folder either in your memory card or phone memory then load the game using Load ROM on menu.
